Why would you want him to transfer now?

Mack might have a big year if he gets a shot.Would like to have the depth at that position.

Mack will be the starting running back vs Toledo. Book it.

Gilly didn't get passed on the depth chart by a true freshman.

Mack would have gotten more playing time if he didnt get injured. He showed a lot of improvement and seems to have bought in. He is a guy that could really step up and help us next year. Anyone that wants to go into the SEC season with two true Freshmen and an unproven Sophmore ar RB should get their head examined.

and i clearly said im glad he didnt transfer we need the depth but lets not act like his name wasnt thrown around a little to alot when people were talkin about who might transfer

I'm not writing him off just yet, but I like Jones, KT, Lane, & Mack, in that order. I think Matt is gonna end up being really special, not just good. He's gonna be fully Dillmanized and he's faster than most believe. He'll be a beast in the passing game too, because he has soft hands and can run WR routes. We'll see though, I also believe that KT is gonna be a special back and Lane also has that potential. The three headed monster is coming! It's gonna be fun to watch those guys develop, and find out Who the freshman are, that will contribute. Spring practice is only for weeks away, and it can't get here fast enough.

If Lane is deserving of PT, he will get it. Regardless of Mack Brown.

I hope Lane is higher up on the depth chart then brown too because that means he is already pretty darn good especially for a freshmen. But if you want someone to move up the depth chart because other people transfer then that means they werent good enough to get the reps in the first place so a better player left which would only hurt the team.
