Yes, we beat the brakes off of FSU. We ARE the better team. They had the better SEASON. You have to be able to differentiate the two to answer the original question.

As for your sunbelt comment, the ACC is probably more comparable to the Big East, you know, where the conference champion whooped us up and down the field came from. Yes, winning the SEC is more impressive that winning the ACC, however, winning your conference, ANY conference, is better than SECOND in your DIVISION.

Nothing you mention MATTERS at this point to ANYONE....unless of course you are reaching for reasons to build a case that UF had a better year than FSU...then of course you need them because that is all you have.

Listen, I love the Gators as much as anyone and I hate FSU as much as anyone, but I'm not a zombie homer. Does this work better for you?

For the record, I voted for UF in the poll. Because I hate FSU and don't want to lost to them in anything. That said, team B had the better season. I don't care WHO team B is or what conference they play in.

If your answer is team A, you're lying to yourself. If your answer is team B then guess what, FSU had the better season. You are just posing the argument to look better for UF. It doesn't hold water.

It matters who the teams are because not all W's and conferences are created equal.

Not knowing who the teams are most anyone would take a Conference title and a BCS win, as would I. But that doesn't tell the story. You don't see many ACC champ shirts here in Tally.

Knowing the teams, would you trade seasons? Meaning ACC champs not SEC champs. The next time the ACC Championship sells out will be the first time.

Fsu started the season at 7. Finished the season at 8. I don't use the ap poll because the ap poll means just as much as a poll my nephew would do. When you use the poll that matters fsu finished at 8 and Florida finished at 9.

Everything you're saying is absolutely absurd. You're the one programmed; programmed to think negativity is the same as objectivity, and that you should feel guilty about making a sound argument for your own team.

Winning trophies and titles is great; but sorry, winning ANY conference title is definitely NOT better than second place in other conferences. Maybe some BCS homework would help you out, because the ACC is INFERIOR to the Big East, and it's really not even a debate. I look at BCS bowls because that is competition between the top teams from each conference, and thus...

FSU beating NIU for a lame Orange Bowl title is hardly a proud accomplishment. Every cfb on the planet knows NIU didn't belong ranked where they were, and had no business in the game in the first place.

Beating them was like us beating Louisiana-Lafayette... do you think we should get a trophy made for that win? Will our season be as good as theirs if we have a trophy for beating a tune-up team like they do?
