I just threw this bad boy in the oven, also going to sautee some broccoli and asparagus to go along with the turkey, stuffing and potatoes.

We're untraditional.. We eating Steak with King Crabs legs, both on the Grill. Baked Mac n cheese, baked potatoes, green beans and some homemade bread

I have a lap-band, and just had it tightened last week. I tried something that I thought would be juicy and easier to get down. I roasted a cornish game hen. I was able to eat both the little legs and a niblet of corn on the cob. I have plenty of meat for leftovers. Might make a chicken taco sauce out of it. Anything with sauce is easier for me to get thru the band.
