Thanks TG, I appreciate the basketball info you've had the last couple of weeks. Hope we keep it rolling this year!
I don't think this has been updated since before yesterday's games, though.
On LiveRPI, Wisconsin jumped up a lot after their win over Illinois, all the way to 62. Texas A&M also benefited from their win over UK and rose to 34. UK fell to 66. Surprisingly, Ole Miss stayed at 48 even with their win over Missouri.
We stand at 9 right now with an SOS of 13.
wow our RPI is pretty nice -- amazing all the SEC basketball ripping going on this yr! even though Mizzou lost to ole miss -- still think Mizzou is a top 25 squad, so is UF, think sUK with that much NBA talent will get better as yr goes along and be viewed as a top 25 caliber squad that no one wants to face in tourney
throw in ole miss playing well, texas a&m has some scorers + l$u looks improved = 4-5 SEC teams in NCAA tourney IMO
we got to get healthy no question but if any silver lining , the injuries are letting more guys the oppty to get valuable minutes...sucks for prather big time as I think he needs minutes desperately to gain that experience/confidence in his game and will likely be out a month if had to guess
no reason UF cant go through SEC with only 4-5 losses (14-15 in conf wins) -- and with a top 25 RPI would think that equals a top 4 seed come SEC tourney?
btw great stuff TG on the RPI data -- love this thx
