S.W. is in his third year and should really be a big time contributor, you don't like seeing three year guys leave. Unlike Larson Scottie has made meaningful contributions and played quality minutes. Glad it worked out and I am excited he is back on the roster.

On SW what does "true point" mean ? Implies a PG who can dribble like hell, break presses , doesn't turn it over , can get to rim and can dish/ find open teammates /facilitate offense and scoring secondary ?

Only part of that definition SW has shown capable of is scoring is secondary ....not clear to me he is dynamic in open court with ball and can attack the rim , distribute at a high level based on what seen last 2 yrs

Yes he is a tenacious defender and can hit the open spot 3 ball but no evidence based on on court play that he can be a differnce maker Pg IMO

He doesn't drive well but he has shown a good ability to set up the offense and he is a great defender. Boynton is a scorer....that should be his role. Walker drove better than wilbekin but the offense ran as smoothly with Scott on the court as it did walker. And he does shoot well but scoring isn't really a huge need at pg. We have murphy, boynton, will, rosario, and young if they give him the ball to put the points up. We need a defender/passer at guard.
