Im messed up until the next gm.
Its even worse when you go out, and run into them boys at the club after a home loss.
I still be thinking about the gm, and they're going hard like nothing happened. I remember after a Tenn loss here, I was going in the club, and I saw Gaffney outside the door chilling. Man we turned around and went somewhere else.
It was even worse when Miami did us in. The Cane fans shut the streets down.

Losses to FSU and UGA really piss me off. Losing when we "should" I can handle better. Example: against Bama, after the debose TD and what should have been a 2nd TD, then losing Brantley...I accepted it. Against LSU, I was just happy we scored.
I was pissed when we were dominating UGA in the first half. Then just gave them the game. South Carolina was another awful one.
I think the worse loss I've handled was the 2009 SECCG. I had numerous nole fans on Facebook talking shit, plus a million bandwagon Bama fans going at it also. To top it off, I had a blowout party at my house for that game. Nothing like 60 people in Gator gear crammed into a living room, drunk as all hell, watching Tebow cry...UGH!!!

It messes with me for sure, but I've had to make an effort to not let it have an effect on the next few days. I would get comments from the lady about how I'm miserable to be around when Florida loses etc. I just got to the point where I realized that it wasn't fair to those around me for me to be an ahole because of a football game. Do I still get mad, and does it still sit with me for days? Yes, but I've gotten much better about not being a jerk to everyone else because of it, and it's one of those fake it to you make it kind of attitudes....the more you act like it doesn't bother you, the less it bothers you. Don't get me wrong though, when we lose to UGA, or FSU I generally want to break things...repeatedly.

I hate the SEC on CBS. The SEC is the best conference with the best games, therefore they should get the best announcers. Vern and Garry are terrible, and I can't stand when they are announcing when the gators lose. I seriously want to punch Vern in the face when the gators lose that's how much I hate him. And the SECCG in 09 made me so made with the announcing.

Vern kills me:
(Rainey tackled) "Oh dear..."
(Brantley sacked) "Heavens! This is not good for the Gators..."
(Demps fumbles) "Ohhh boy..."Just awful! I also can't remember the announcer but during the Kentucky game, the guy wouldn't shut up about how Rainey looked hurt. That was awful.

Unfortunately, after that Bama game, I've become pretty numb to the whole deal. Nothing worse than having that helpless feeling when you know your offense just can't score.
Losing is one thing, but being such utter pansies on offense is another. Having Brantley look scared out there the last two years, and having two scat backs getting arm tackled by their ankles behind the line of scrimmage against any defense with a pulse has just made me physically ill. It's actually hard to watch. If our guys are playing a decent game, giving it their all and not being physically dominated, I can stand a loss.
Sometimes the other team just makes the plays or we have an off day. That was generally the case during most of the SOS years, and most of the Urban years when we took a loss, until that Bama game.
These last two years have been a pathetic display of coaching in 2010, QB play, REAL RB play, OL coaching, and on and on. I'm so desperate to be excited and proud of our team again. I felt proud after our bowl win against OSU, especially the way we grinded out the win and produced first downs running the ball in the 4th quarter.
We're going to take a couple L's this year, but if we do it while being physical, looking like we're properly coached, and not looking outmatched and scared, then I'm good. IT hurts, but I get over it.
We can't lose to both UGA and FSU this year though. We need to beat one of those teams to really feel good about the season. When we lose it ruins the rest of the days games for me. I can't get excited. I don't watch the highlights, Sportscenter, none of it. This better not be another miserable year.
It doesn't have to be a 10 win season, but we need to show that we've got some semblance of an identity, plan, and are making strides. We NEED one exciting win against an FSU/UGA/LSU this year. We as Gator fans CAN NOT get used to losing. Once we start accepting it, we become UTenn. We should still expect to beat the South Carolina's, Mizzou's, UT's, of the world.

Question of the Day: Gator fan question
