Looks like he wanted to play immediately. I have to wonder whether a lot big time programs passed on him as a transfer. That's not a place to showcase yourself. But there's still a chance he could get scouted there. He'd have to really dominate though.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say his FB career is basically over but for the shouting.

Its the same school AC Leonard transfered to as well. Also if goes and plays just one year he is then meets the NFL rule of three years removed from high school. Its not about being showcase per say its about putting numbers and the NFL scouting departments have him on their radar from SEC games already. Do you really think Janois Jenkins was selected from North Alabama

Good spot for Pop. Gets to play next season and TSU has a really good staff with D1 and NFL exp. They seem to land 3-5 BCS washouts a year.
