I've always wanted to make it over to Daytona for a race. Seems like one of those things in life you have to do at least once.

Only Major sporting event that I know of that lets you bring in your own beer/food. Cars are screaming. Lots of action. Go with someone knowledgeable to walk you through some of the intricacies. Then pick one or two drivers to watch specifically. You will enjoy the heck out of it.

Yes - thinking of going this year. It will be the last time you see Audi race for a while. They are also changing the cars/regulations next year so this may mark the last 'big' race you will see with all the different classes.
