I would swap 3 and 4 on your list. Recruiting is the LEAST important trait for UF football coach. You have to try not to have talent on a UF football team. UF always has talent.
That's extremely debatable, especially that last sentence. We weren't very talented the last two years.

Hypothetical of the day: What if we lose our next two games or three out of the next four...how do you feel about Muschamp then?
After the performance yesterday and looking at our schedule we could be looking at a very long year! TAM could beat us Tn showed they can score and we clearly can not....
Mushcamp lost me yesterday. He will have to earn me back. Foley needs to do a much better job with his replacement if it comes to that.
If it does come to that, it needs to be an offensive minded brilliant coach. I personally thought that's what we needed this last tinme around, given the shambles out offense was in (and I am being proven right, because it is still a catastrophe). I don't know who that is right now; but we need fun again.
I stopped all of my other subscriptions to get away from this crap thinking this was the only board that was realistic about our team....what a joke this thread is why do we do this after the first game of the season....I wouldn't replace our coach I would replace fans like this who are an embarrassment to the Gator Nation!!!!
I worry that this kind of thinking is not just premature, but destructive. People decide they're "done" with the coach and then they start actively pulling for him to fail to prove them right. The negativity is already infesting the boards, bleeds into the fan base, affects recruiting, etc. Becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
I have my doubts about Muschamp, but he's our coach for this year and next year (barring some complete catastrophe) -- and because I love my Gators and want them to succeed, I'll pull for Muschamp too. Just my opinion.
