Saw him at a camp in April. A few quick thoughts.
-Really could play SDE or DT in college, depending on his growth. -Good size (his measurements seem pretty legit), Good strength. -Very tough, competitive kid. What you'd expect from a small-town country boy. -Given his frame, skills, toughness, he reminds me a lot of former Alabama DL Jarret Johnson --- who if you recall was from Chiefland, Fla. Jarret made it to the NFL and did very well for himself with the Ravens. -To me, still a little raw. Relies so much on physical tools, and not a lot yet on technique. -Seems coachable. Affable kid. Easy going. Likable.
