Kid seems pretty meh on us
but I did love this semi-shot at urban
He said I needed to stay close to home and that Florida is the closest university to me -- and probably one of the best. He's a great defensive-minded coach. He's always pitching to me, 'You don't want to play for an offensive coach; you want to play for a defensive coach.'

Ill say it again as a defensive player why the f wouldn't you want to Florida simple as that..
seems like he just doesn't like UF, wish he would have came to the Lsu or Usc game but o well.. we will get ours...

that quote could also work against us...especially if other coaches uses to recruit against us with O recruits

Considering our offensive recruiting doesn't come close to matching our defensive recruiting the last two years, I'd say it IS working against us.. With the PT we have to offer at every level on offense, we should be killing it on that side.

He seems very me oriented in all the interviews I've read, not a fan of that.

woudn't start calling him that until we land Brown, Anzalone, Daniel and D-Rob lol after Dawson ditching us, he hasnt really flipped anyone yet this year

He sounds that way, but I've talked to him a bunch and I don't think he's actually like that.
He's in a small town where kids get no national attention. So this is all new to him, and he's excited.
Remember, for a lot of these kids this is the first time they have "felt the love" in their lives. For some, it's the first time they've felt love of any kind. Now, all of a sudden they have hundreds of people telling them how great they are.
It's a confusing time.
I would try not to go too hard on Raekwon. He's a solid kid, and all the colleges I've had contact with feel the same way.
