After three seasons of this crap I am having trouble remembering what it's like to have a good offense.

Trying to bring something positive here. Our guys are in their third offense in 3 years. We had a first year starter at QB, and the offense we're attempting to run is fairly complicated. We probably spent a lot of the spring just working on memorizing the shifts. The o-line is pretty dinged at this point, and was never that deep. It's not like we were supposed to be great on offense this year. This isn't a lost opportunity. Our results are pretty much in line with our potential this year, if not better.

Let's go into next week with an open mind.

No, there really aren't many ways to spin it positively. Florida should be killing teams like Jacksonville State offensively, running and passing all over them. They aren't. Only 13 points on offense.

For comparison, Auburn's horrific offense has rolled up close to 400 yards in a half against Alabama A&M, whose defense is ranked No. 19 in the FCS. Jacksonville State's is ranked 108 in the FCS.

Keep that head buried, bro.

Our D is elite, as in super elite awesome.

Our offense is something abhorrent. Disgusting. Whatever.

Winning is overrated! We got to look good baby! I don't want wins, I want a 4,000+ yard passer, a 2000 yard rusher, and 5 receivers capable of having 1500 yards a year... A PIECE

Or just a 1,500-yard passer and a receiver who could get to 400 yards...

Just saying, it doesn't have to be all one way or the other. You can be happy with being 10-1 while not being happy about how TERRIBLE the offense is.

Your head is the one buried, yes we need playmakers and an O line but we are a good overall Football team because of Elite D, ST's, and coaching. That said, at least 2-3 games would not have been won without offensive plays that were made by Jeff Driskel and others. The fact we are 10-1 shows how good our coaching is, and the Offense will catch up soon IMO. Let's enjoy the fact we have as many wins right now, as we had at this time in all 3 of our MNC seasons!! We should be elated, not whining.

This team was limited on O from the start of the season so I'm not sure what you guys really expected from this unit....limited at WR, OL, TE and even RB. QB is our deepest spot on O this season can't be a 450-500 yard unit with all our holes.

How long term do you mean? Like 11 games long with the toughest schedule in the country, long term?
