Gators win the toss and defer. Defense on the field first. Let's see if that pays off. Light crowd at kickoff, as you'd expect. Maybe not quite as bad as I expected. Probably about 50,000ish in here, though that might be a little generous.

Two missed tackles on the kick return, Jax State will start on the 16. Then a poor tackle allows a massive gain when two guys let the receiver get loose down the sideline. Jax State all the way down to the Florida 7.

Guy was on top of the first guy who tackled him, then the safety tried to come over to put a big hit on him. Slid over the top and the receiver broke free and went for 76. Ugly start.
