I agree with others. Thorton this weekend with maybe 1-2 players we weren't expecting. So early so many studs still off the radar.

Kind of? I haven't seen anything of real value in 3-4 days. Even the content has been a little meh. First time in a long time I've spent more time on the ITG features than Gatorbait. I'm sure it will flip back shortly, but content is king,especially at this time of year.

What do you mean nothing of value in 3-4 days? Every day we are hearing about new offers, new guys planning on visiting UF, UF leading for new guys, and football, basketball, and baseball updates. TG has been doing his position evals and Luke along with Keith and Gerry have been giving us recruiting news.

Yes and this is the slowest time of the year for recruiting. Things will take off after Junior days.

I totally agree with your theory, especially when so many kids change commitment. However, at this time last year, people thought Tunsil would end up in Gainesville

Read Bates last measured in at 6'2 205. And I have him as the best outside linebacker in the state right now. I think he'd specifically fit our Sam spot like a glove. Not sure you can go as far as best overall linebacker in the state though.
And the more I read up on Bessent the more I see him regarded as a possible Top 10 player in the state. Has that length Muschamp loves. If he wanted to commit, I could see him being allowed to do so.

I like Bessent a lot too. I would say if he wants in you take him and let the other CB prospect fight over the last CB spot. I assume UF would like to take 3 CB's this cycle after only taking 1 last year. Also some think Duke might move to safety so I think UF needs to take 3 CB's. If Bessent commits early it would put pressure on guys like Smith, Green, and the other CB prospects to decide or miss out. We all know Muschamp doesn't wait around for everyone, you either jump on the train or you get left behind.

I have Pugh 2nd. Bates's film is superior, IMO, and Pugh's not even 200 lbs (I don't care what he's listed as).

Either way they are top 2. I think Pugh goes to FSU though, which sucks. Hopefully UF gets at least 1 of them.
