Ohio State supposedly has 1 spot left and it was to be filled by Devonte Neal but Urban turned him down when he tried to commit
popular theory is that Urban is leaving that last spot open for Diggs

Interesting but I don't think this means that Diggs is a tOSU lock.
The guys over on tBB are convinced that he is heading to tOSU though.

Per Greg Biggens at ESPN. Biggens says in response to this question: "Lol, I promise he didn't, he's literally sitting right across from me, not close to committing, one more visit on the 10th, then they'll decide"
Regarding Neal trying to commit.
Sounds like The rumor of him being rejected is false.

Do you have a link you can post to substantiate this? Hard to believe UM would turn down a sure-fire commitment from the #1 ranked athlete in the 2012 class and "hope" that he can flip Diggs with such little time on the scene & with Diggs.

And then there's this:
All kinds of rumors out there that Urban slipped up this morning and mentioned we had Neal (publicly) before he attempted to sign his LOI, and since that is a more severe type of secondary violation the NCAA contacted Ohio State and told them that Neal is not allowed to sign with Ohio State or else it would be a much bigger violation than what already stemmed from the slip up by Meyer. Since we're on probation as it is, this scared the university, and they had to back off Neal. Apparently you can't slip up (even accidentally) and mention a player's name that hasn't signed with you yet. If so, the NCAA sucks. Why penalize Neal over this?

Yeah I knew about both of those. The Kiffin thing was second had though.
Urban said it on live TV because I was watching when it happened.

this is from greg Biggins who was with Neal all day yesterday
This day is no exception as Neal gets to school and is immediately questioned about something read on twitter early in the morning.
"Are you going to sign with Ohio State today?" Neal is asked.
The question draws a chuckle as Neal barely even has begun to compare the schools he has visited and has yet to eliminate any of the four from his list.
"No, I'm not committing anywhere, I'm not even close," Neal replies.
