my response
i dont really see why it matters if they consistently play 1 of the hardest schedules in the country
being in the sec and having teams like LSU, UGA, & FSU on the schedule every yr make it a good schedule even if you fill the open slots with cup cakes especially when those teams are all good like they are right now

Here's the thing about Florida's schedule, no matter what anyone tells you about it being weak.
Florida plays a league game away from home every year, that automatically ups the difficulty factor, even if it's a relative "home game" in Jacksonville.
The Gators also play a marquee BCS opponent (or at least used to be) every year at the end of the year in Florida State.
No matter how you slice it, that doesn't leave much wiggle room for home-and-homes with other FBS programs. Period.

Just ignore it. You only hear this from Canes, or Noles which is hilarious becuase as was pointed out in that thread, their schedules never come close to matching Florida's difficulty. Also, as Thomas pointed out, it isn't financially viable for Florida to schedule home and homes with other FBS schools.
