My Dad would have kicked my friggin' ass. He grew up working in the tobacco fields as the son of a sharecropper.
He would have beaten my ass to a pulp.

This thread is great. I often wonder when I see elderly ppl walking around if/how bad hey were back in the day. Reminds me of this article

Yeah, but he just had a knee surgery, and can barely stand, so you would think that would help my odds.
True story.... My dad is 6'5, 240. My Junior year in HS I was about the same height, but probably only 210. I finally got to where I could beat him in Bball. We were having a battle one day in the driveway. My mom was out watching. My dad goes over and whispers to my mom, she goes inside. I guess he wanted to prove he was still tougher and to test me, because our one on one turned into a football game. He beat my ass, I still won the game, I passed his test.
I can't wait for a few years from now when I can do that to my 12 year old son.....

LOL, this reminds me of this 67 year old dude on a bus. He was even talking a little smack back to the dude, and finally got up and beat him senseless after the dude stands over him and takes a swing. The funniest part? The girls in the background talking about him "leaking" when it's over. You better be ready to fight no matter who you try, IMO.
