These kids have such a great opportunity. They have the resources at their school to help them get by. I remember in high school, if you did your homework and completed your assignments, you'd at worst get a B...and I went to a school that was hard on the academics. Oh well...this doesn't break us.

It sucks to lose Hearns, i wish him the best and hopefully we can find somebody to replace him.

Would have loved McGee in this class. Had a great Sr year for a powerhouse program.
Don't get me wrong I LOVED as a player but his classroom issues have been reported for 2 years. Read on TOS staff was even trying to get him a learning disability waiver so they really wanted him in this class. Guess they saw it coming an made that last push for AA.

Yup. Hearns' game/playing style is very similar to Brandon Spikes'...not quite as big as Spikes and doesn't have the same instincts or intangibles, but he's in that mold: big, physical, powerful head bussa. Hate to lose him.
