That would be stupid for them to do, Pedo state thought they had a case and just let it go. You don't want NCAA on your back every year and they know that. Imagine if they sue and win, NCAA will have a station to monitor anything USC does. Every sport would be under the microphone. As much as there is hate against the NCAA, you don’t want to embarrass them in the courts.
