TOS has film on him from his senior season (sorry cant post it) but he is an impressive athlete! Here's what I saw.....
Bad: Average speed, raw
Good: Strong, Great hands, uses his big frame to shield the DB, gets the ball at its highest point. Quick feet in traffic. Think USC type WR when Carroll was there.
I think we have a gem here. He will likely redshirt but wouldn't shock me to see him surprise in fall practices and get some playing time. will be a very solid outside WR and red zone threat at UF imo.

I was gonna post this, and I heard he was up to 215+. When he gets the pads on, he goes 100 miles an hour. Very underrated prospect, IMO.
Winningest Program in College Football since 1990!

Anybody notice on the HUDL highlights against Peach co., that he beat Drob for a TD? Drob is definitely a better WR, but he was on top of him and didn't look back, Marqui just made the play. We need as many as we can get!!
The TD catch at 26 seconds, against Henry County, WOW!!!!
Thanks Luke! I don't have an account to Hudl.
You don't need one, it's free.
Really? That's cool. Thanks for the heads up!
The next Boldin? Or am i trippin
scrape the sides up...
Took the words right outta my mouth bruh!
I don't think Marqui will be winning any spelling bees...
#Gators WR commit Marqui Hawkins, who officially visited #UF last weekend. RT "@MarquihHawkins Coach muchamp pic.twitter.com/FfniR2FK"
"You're not a good guy, you go somewhere else. We'll play you. We'll beat you."
He was always my favorite wr commit before we got DRob. Huge upside for this guy.
That's good...because in recruiting you want receivers with huge upsides and tackles with huge backsides.
