True. A tougher conference and they wouldn't have gone bowling.
HAHHAA nice ya hopefully the NCAA doesn't crush us..
I always wondered how gators fans feel about Urban Meyer?
Don't care. We got a fired up coach, a great new QB, and could be on the verge of a great season. No one in Orange and Blue is talking about Ohio State's coach...
Like you were in a 5 year relationship with a girl, the sex was great, then she started acting wierd and so did the relationship. She broke things off and said it wasn't you it was her, needed to focus on work and family. Shortly there after she starts dating a fat, slow dude and still tries to stay in touch with your friends. Something like that.
............let it go man
...................................let it go
scrape the sides up...
Hahah best analogy i've ever heard!
Them boys down in Mia don't play around. But you should be alright in the student section no goons there
I'm good in every hood, G. Country boys don't scare easy.
The stadium will be 80% Gators, its gonna be fantastic.
Although I almost feel like they don't deserve to get to play us at this point.
They don't call us the bad boys for nothing..
actually FSU routinely had one of the hardest schedules in the nation year in, year out in the 14 year run they went on. playing the likes of Notre Dame, UF, and Miami ooc among others. plus, early on, teams like clemson, ga tech, and unc were routinely ranked in the top 25.
florida was the class of the sec pretty much each season and often rarely struggled because the sec then wasn't near as strong as it is now (and because the gators were one of the best teams each season). bama and lsu were in lulls, uga was an 8-9 win team at best, and socar was a joke. do you really think FSU, who won more than they lost against the best of the sec (uf), and was arguably the best team in the nation every year would have struggled more than you did?
these days it's a different story. the sec routinely has 4-5 strong teams each season, and 1-2 elite ones. the acc... well, let's just say the majority of that conference is only concerned with basketball, and it shows. i think Fisher, FSU, and it's fans would jump at the chance to join the sec. to be able to play in all the big time venues each week, against the best competition, and to be able to bring in maybe twice the amount of revenue we do now would be too much to pass up. FSU would LOVE to leave the acc if they could. this conference is only concerned about basketball and the tobacco road teams. there are so many more flaws than just weak competition.
you guys get the other big boys of the sec to help us pony up the ridiculous $50 million buy out fee, and extend us an offer, and i bet you see FSU jump at the opportunity.

"Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience."
Quit reading after this line in bold print. Rewrite history all you want but you guys were 11-11-1 during your "glory years" of 81-01. That's not winning more than you lost.
And what team beat y'all in the 99 Fiesta Bowl and what conference did they play for?
I'm not even in the mood. I give up. You win.
Beatings will continue until morale improves
Lmao, they have a thread similar to this on the Cane Board, called "The real reason UF backed out of the UM series"!!! PS; Your in for another Treat in Tally this year. Now have a nice day and try not to Hate on the Noles and the Super Coaches....
You have commas, semicolons, an ellipsis, quotations marks, exclamation points and for the most part, they're all in the right spot. And then you go and ruin your post with the infamous "your" instead of "you're"...
And what's a Super Coach? I'll hang up and listen.
