if these accusations are'nt proven true, the public will soon forget; Kobe, Ben Roeth., Duke Lacrosse. but as far as their personnel lives, the damage will last..
This could even come down in the end to a he said she said. Even if they find forensic evidence on her, the players could say she consented and then she say she didn't. Would be a tough to determine who is telling the truth. In the end only the parties involved really know what happened and can hope the truth comes out.
How could the bruises not be damning evidence? I've spilled more bourbon in my carpet than most people will ever imbibe; and I've rarely seen any girl so drunk that she had bruises on her arms and legs, especially one that could 1. Behave well enough to interact at the club without being expelled. and 2. Consent.
If she's so drunk that she's falling down and running into things enough to get bruises on her arms and legs, then she can't legitimately consent... and you're taking your chances if you go there anyway.
Bruises are not necessarily evidence of forcible sex.
What exactly does a rape kit prove other than they had sex? What would be the differences in a rape kit taken after rough sex versus one after a rape? If she can't remember saying no and she wasn't drugged then it should be thrown out imo.
Your posting from an emotional place , I hope nobody is taking you serious. In some cases a person can be vindictive enough to bruise herself up, let's just hope all the facts come out .
