Apologies. I don't want to hijack a hijacked thread, but whats your feeling on the Big Green Egg? Anyone?
Try Harissa. I like Sriracha, but Harissa is even better

Regarding the big green egg... Everybody I know who has one swears by them. I love my weber smoky mountain but I can't grill on it like you can with the green egg. I have heard the temp stability on those is amazing.

All in one outdoor cooker. It grills, smokes, bakes with a temperature range of 200 degrees to 700 degrees.
The Big Green Egg is created from advanced ceramic materials with a lifetime warranty and is widely acclaimed as the best kamado-style cooker in the world with legions of fans (known as EGGheads) in over twenty-five countries. Find a local dealer near you. There is only one, original Big Green Egg – The Ultimate Cooking Experience!
As for the green egg, I don't own one but several buddies do, and they all RAVE ABOUT THEM...
TW... Let the people know
Jersey Mikes subs- get the cherry relish on your sub. Nice heat. 'Nuff said.
I'm glad I asked this question. The Big Green Egg is the sh!t. We got one for Christmas and cook on of 4-5 times a week. I also have an electric smoker(treager) which I love, but the egg gets up to temperature do fast it more convienent. It holds the moisture in food way better than I expected and the temperature controlling is simple. You can literally adjust it to withen a couple degrees of where you wanna cook. Drawbacks are that it's pretty pricey and it doesn't come with the place setter for indirect heat. But it's really fairly inexpensive to cook on, the lump charcoal last a long time. Like I said I've been cooking for a month now and I'm still on my first 20lb bag of lump charcoal.
I give it 2 thumbs up. If you have any questions email me at TuesdayswithTW@suckonmygreenegg.com.
