Very nice! Nice touch with the Longboard Lager, too. My brother went to Hawaii in December for his honeymoon and turned me onto Longboard Lager, Fire Rock Pale Ale, and Pipeline Porter upon his return. Pretty sure he visited the Kona Brewing Company while he was there too (he brought me back a KBC bottle opener keychain that I've put to good use lol).
I don't have a smoker, but have several friends that do and smoke in competitions. Always great flavor. Personally, I'm a Big Green Egg guy.
Also, I live in Greenville County and yeah, we've had snow flurries off and on all day (no accumulation though). Crazy.
Damn im jealous.Saving now to get an outdoor kitchen installed at my house now and will have the green egg installed.
Yea mine is on the rack with wheels and has two side panels , but I think in gonna get a table made for it. Just make sure you have good access to clean it out.

Smoking some wild hog hams and shoulders as I write. Also roasting an entire pig tomorrow in the Caja China.

Great work! Do you have problems with smoke fogging the TV screen?
Smoked wings are the best. I make them every Sat during football season and serve them with homemade buffalo, bbq, and blue cheese dipping sauces.

my wife has 6 racks of ribs on her smoker right now-it is big enough to hold eight and has a separate fire box-she does a combo of hickory and oak-she also makes her own BBQ sauce
