Wilbenkin, Boynton, Prather, Murphy and Young.
Bring Rosario, Frazier and Yeguete off the bench.
It'd be a pretty good way to get great defense off the bat (Wilbekin/Boynton/Prather are hell together) but the problem is that you only have two ball-handlers there. And Prather's not great at making decisions off screens; even Yeguete, rarely used to do that, is better.

I haven't seen enough of the hoops team this year to make much of a discussion. But has Prather improved his game enough to start? From what I have read and seen (I have seen some here in LA), he still seems better suited coming off the bench, because he has limits to his game--lack of basketball IQ just seems to be his biggest problem, and that can't be corrected.
This team's weakness, to me, is not at that position, but simply at the point. At least right now. Like I always say, it is a marathon, not a sprint, unlike football. It can be worked out. But right now, neither SW or Kenny are doing the job there. I really want to see Braxton step up and back up SW at PG and let Kenny slide over full-time to 2, so he can do what he does best--score! Hopefully, that will happen, but given where we are in the season, I don't see that happening.
BTW, anyone that says SW is going to hold off Kasey Hill next year is on crack and needs to put down the pipe.
Me too Donnell
Prather has played pretty well as an undersized four, but I'm not sure how well he'd do against small forwards who can neutralize his quickness. He's fun to watch in transition, though.
I agree with you about Prather. Of course in the right situation he can be a valuable 3.
My view is that UF has a bunch of versatile players who UF can use to match up with other teams: UF can start Rosario or Prather at the 3 depending on the make up of the roster of the opponent.
His decisions are as good as Rosario...
Being at the game yesterday and watching it with my own eyes, Prather is really good athlete as we all know but it's just something off with the kid... He just seems a bit slow, like a a screw or two lose up there but extremely athletic, he doesn't defend as well as everyone say's either. ATP Mike Frazier is the 3rd best on ball defender on this team behind Scotty and KB.
Now Mike Rosario, I may get some flak about what im going to say but I'ma say it anyways. Mike Rosario know's the game of basketball and the other guys are just behind him, when talking about basketball concepts. Mike Rosario knows the game, he knows spacing, he know's movement, ball action and is not as near as bad a defender as what most profile him to be. Alot of the mistakes Mike Ro makes is because the other guys are just not seeing the game as he see's it. Their not anticipating the things he see's and that happens alot with a star who moves to a more team oriented attack. This guy really really knows the game, though I watched plenty of times yesterday where he, would be seeing the samething I'm seeing from the stance but the other guys on the team saw otherwise, alot of his mistakes is just the system we run at Florida vs. what he see's. Charges and hustle penalties cannot be evaluated.
I will say this though and in sorry fellas but Billy Dononvan needs to do a better job at managing this team. Putting the right players on the floor at the right time, with the right group and calling the right sets for the talents that are in the game... He was out coached by a mile yesterday but Air Force was just out talented by us. Billy has to do some more homework on this team and do a better job himself with his coaching ability!!!
SHOT'S FIRED...Go Gators!!!
