Beal is awful
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
So is FSU.....
Thanks for sharing Gotham. Lee is balling this year.
Beal is much worse
Beal is like NC State. Some games he doesn't do great but shows up against good competition every once in a while.
For all the talk of Jo and Al...........What a great NBA career David is having.......and look at Chandler, that boy is gonna get rich when he renews his contract.
Beal is fun to watch.
He is more like Kwame Brown, a terrible Wizards first round pick that had no business going that high
I couldn't be more disappointed with Beal, just a terrible out of control basketball player
Maybe it isn't Beal and the Wizards just suck?
Are you a Wizzards fan?
Doesn't work like that in the NBA, good players are good players no matter where they play
If Beal was any good then the Wizards would improve

He is a SG, give him some time.
Well that's certainly not true. There are several players who have gotten a lot better after their rookie year or when they switched true. Not sure why the NBA is any different than college in that regard.
Its not different, and Beal will get better
But he wasn't worth a pick that high
Also yes, Im a Wizards fan
There's such a thing as a wizards fan?
Yup, and 98% of us hate Beal with a passion
Like pearls before swine.
If he can develop into a 20 ppg scorer, which he very well can do if his jumper starts to fall consistently, then yes, he was 100% worth the high pick. He's 19 years old and far from a finished product. It's not helping him that he's on the worst team in the NBA.
If you want to call him a bust 18 games into his career, then alright... But that's ridiculously stupid.
He's a shooter!!..give him time to develop and some assist masters to give him better looks before you throw him under the bus..btw..when have the wizards ever been decent? Lol
"Are you not entertained!?"
In the 70's they won a NBA title
In the 90's we made the playoffs once with a very good team, ran into Jordan's Bulls in the first round and never stood a chance
Arenas led the Wizards to the playoffs for IIRC 3 years straight
So yeah, and Beal isn't a shooter... he probably has one of the worst shots I have ever seen and has no clue on when to take them.... like I said, he is an out of control basketball player
Pretty sure he is under 40% on his FG's, calling that a good shooter is like calling Tim Tebow a QB
Every scout and their mother have been raving about his stroke the past two years. Give the kid some time.
Ohhh let's doooo it
ooorrrannngeeee and bluuueee it
Well scouts are retarded for the most part, and his stroke is terrible... just terrible
I will give him some time, enough to pack his bags and get the hell out of DC
wow you are an idiot. He was an excellent shooter in HS and last year at UF.
He's played 18 games.
Perfect example of a football-first fan carrying a football mentality over to basketball.
and a terrible one in the NBA, 36% is awful no matter how you look at it and its not like they play defense in the regular season either
His shot defines suckassness
