Finally found Senior tape of Ahmad Fulwood!!

  • The problem is I had to fast forward through each game til they scored and then go back a little and see the drive. Fulwood had some amazing catches in his senior season, and his long speed is way better than I thought. If he gets going 20-30 yads, nobody will catch him. If you are crazy like me and want to check him out, here is the link to all the games for Bishop-Kenny in 2012. I also searched Jacksonville.com for "Ahmad Fulwood" and found out some of the games he had big plays in so I could check those first. They didn't have him listed in all of the articles, but he made plays in every one he played in.

Ahmad is not near as thin as I originally thought, and I could see him playing at 215+. His hands are elite, and he attacks the ball in the air. He is smooth like AJ Green in his routes, and Lemming (I know, it's Lemming) ranked him the #2 WR in the country for 2012, behind only Ricky Seals-Jones.

  • From scouts thought he couldn't get seperation holding him from elite status I think he is a top 5 wideout

  • appreciate the insight and the link...you da man!

  • Oh ya, he uses his huge frame very well and creates seperation pretty easily at the top of his route.

  • Let him hate, this guy is legit and will pack on some pounds this summer. He will get on the field early IMO, and I could see him having a Alshon Jeffrey type freshman impact. His ball skills down the field, are that good. We are getting so much bigger with Fulwood, Demarcus Robinson, and Marqui Hawkins. All are 6'2"-6'4" and over 200 lbs. Compare that to 5'11" and 185 and there is a monster difference.

  • Funny you say that I recently saw 1 scout say that 2014 WR Dallis Todd is the player most were expecting Fullwood to be after his JR year. Pretty strong dig right there.

  • Fulwood tore it up this year and had a 25 yards per catch average. What are you trying to say?

  • Here is a little write up from the Florida Times-Union:

Can Bishop Kenny receiver Ahmad Fulwood

    be covered?
Through five games, the answer is a resounding no.

The Senior (future Florida Gator) continued his dominance Friday night, catching five passes for 177 yards and four touchdowns to lead the undefeated Crusaders past visiting Ridgeview 34-7 in a non-district contest.

The 6-foot-4, 195-pound Fulwood has caught 22 passes this season. He’s scored on 14 of those grabs.

“We knew he was going to be the best player we’d see all year,” Ridgeview coach Tom MacPherson said. “We don’t have many ways to avoid a mismatch with him, although we did allow him to get open on missed coverages. How you miss a 6-4, Division I receiver is beyond me.”

Fulwood scored on catches that covered 63, 9, 70 and 26 yards. Fulwood’s big night helped allow Bishop Kenny sophomore quarterback John Wolford to finish the game with 297 yards passing and five touchdowns.

“I had fun out there,” Fulwood said. “It’s always fun playing on Friday night. We had some mismatches and John and I took care of that. I work hard for every yard I get.”
