Good reads from ESPN here. Ed Aschoff has Florida ranked No. 5 in his power rankings coming out of the spring. He also lists Florida's true sophomores as the most promising group in the SEC.
The SEC projections from the ESPN Insider link in the wrap also includes this doozie of a stat.
"The Gators ranked 109th nationally in avoiding three-and-outs last year, and the 15 programs ranked below them averaged 2.3 FBS wins a year ago."
Here's a recap of what has transpired in the SEC this spring.

Thomas you really think Carolina should be 4th? I think Florida is 2nd among pure talent stand.point and most upside but I think they should.be at least 4th
Nixon's false starts were a huge problem always put Florida in holes.
Throw in Koehne and Silberman to that as well when they came in. How many 3rd and 2s got turned into 3rd and longs?
For as long as I can remember we have had false start issues. Even on championship teams did. We just had a good offense that could overcome it.
The Trautwein shuffle was a great dance.
Excited to see what our OLine looks like this year.
Walk softly but carry a big stick
Best group of promising true sophomores: At Florida, they can't wait to see what "Buck" defensive end Dante Fowler Jr., linebacker Antonio Morrison, defensive end Jonathan Bullard, running back Matt Jones and offensive tackle D.J. Humphries have in store for 2013.
