"You're not a good guy, you go somewhere else. We'll play you. We'll beat you."
"Who was your source? Church mice in here....." - Coach Muschamp

OL's and DL's were just as important to Spurrier and Meyer as they are to Muschamp. Actually, they are just as important to any program. It doesn't matter what the systems are, and it doesn't matter what the level of a school's competition is, games are won or lost at the line of scrimmage.
Now SOME of the OL's Muschamp goes after may have slightly different profiles compared to SOME of the OL's Spurrier and Meyer go after, but honestly, most of the best OL's in the country are sought by teams utilizing all of the various offensive systems.
As for DL's, we go after the same types of DT's as Spurrier and Meyer do (big, strong guys who are quick for their respective sizes). Simply go back to look at the offers the three schools have extended to DT's, and you will see. Muschamp generally, not exclusively, does go after larger DE's than the other two coaches, though.
The paragraph above about OL's reminds me of a great story from Tom MacEwen's book about the Gators (the following is a rough version of what was written in the book): Before Bob Woodruff became the Gator head coach, the preceding years' won/loss records were horrible. When he took over as Gator head coach, he figured he had to start with the basics. So he gathered the team around to give them some of his thoughts. At one point, he said something similar to "Most games are lost at the line of scrimmage". As he said that, he noticed a holdover lineman from those woeful Gator teams of the recent past looking up at a passing airplane instead of paying attention to what the coach was saying. So Woodruff snapped at the guy "Johnson (I cannot remember the actual name of the guy), where are most games lost?" Johnson answered "Right here at Florida Field, sir!"
Walk softly but carry a big stick
Seems a little early... Hate to have another case of buyer's remorse like a few of the early takes last cycle.
Beatings will continue until morale improves
