I see now why Reed is jumping early to the NFL
LORD FORGIVE ME FOR THE GOON DADDY IS COMING OUT TONIGHT
I would bet a very large amount of money that Bostic goes before the 5th round.
Are they serious Nixion- #10 OT 3-4 Round
it's weird that pirates would go from shore to shore looking for treasure when the real treasure was in the friendships they were making

* I had Bostic one round higher.
* I had Floyd and Gillislee one round lower.
* I had Easley, Jenkins and Nixon all two rounds lower.
* I had Josh Evans off the map.

And Elam in the first
And that's why you are the best in the biz.
Question, do you think Evans is really 5th round material? I was surprised to see him up that high, but I guess he does lead the team in tackles and is a good size.
Only thing that would keep him out of the first is the same "character issues" that made Brandon siler drop like a ton of bricks
TG, you're under rating Ball, IMO. This is a kid who missed a year of football and almost died and came back to immediately snatch a starting spot on a top 3 defense in the country. Granted, he didn't beat out anyone special... But this kid will be a terror for the next two years and get drafted.
Yep. I used to think his height would be a knock as well but now a team would be dumb not to take him because of that. How tall is earl Thomas?
he can't be much smaller than major wright, if at all, and he is balling out for the bears. i don't see his height being much of an issue.
rain down some change on me
Those were from a few weeks ago, before Ball had really played any meaningful minutes this year.
Haha, my bad, Goldkamp
I can't wait to see what Ball looks like next year. Hopefully he can replace the production McCray has given us. Ball and Powell on the field together should be pretty fun to watch. Very curious to see how the coaches scheme the defense with those two, considering Fowler and Bullard both need to be on the field as well, most likely at DE. Does Powell go to OLB with Ball at SAM?
I wouldn't mind Powell at OLB and Ball at Sam. Can you imagine the edge pressure with Fowler or Bullard at DE and Powell coming on a OLB blitz? Would be very hard for teams to contain those 2 guys coming from the same side.
Thats a crazy amount of players if it holds true.... more than post '08
Beatings will continue until morale improves
Was just talking to somebody about this yesterday. Our best front seven might be:
Mike- Morrison or Taylor
When was the last time a college team even had double digits (We had 9 drafted in the 2010 draft (After 2009 season) to put that in perspective)? This list has us with 11. That's sick really if that holds true.
Wonder if Omar Hunter could squeeze his way into the 7th round if he plays well the rest of the year?
A run stopping DT like Omar will find his place in the league, even if it's just as a career backup, rotational guy.
Yep....I guess it is because Champ coached all these guys up because we all know the guy up North left us with so little. I do give Champ credit but we also need to appreciate the fact he had more to work with than many have given him credit for. You can add Ron Powell and a couple of sophomores Urban recruited who will be high draft picks in the future.
