Now reports that Bowers is "still waiting to decide" on his school of choice. I have no idea what the hell is going on with this. Reporters AT HIS HIGH SCHOOL said he committed to LSU. Florida obviously told reporters earlier before 8 a.m. that his NLI was in Gainesville. C-r-a-z-y.
I've seen a picture of him at the Press Conference with an LSU hat on, so the decision was made in public.
There is pics on twitter now of him picking LSU
We know from sources he committed to Florida this morning, but didn't sign the LOI and now LSU is saying his paperwork is in.
In defence of UF, did they ever officially release anything on him? They can't control what a media person says.
They had to let it out. It's not like our recruiting guys are standing next to the fax machine with Muschamp.
Apparently, Lennay Kekua received the LOI in the Gator offices this morning.
I have a feeling someone at UF is not going to have a job tomorrow.
LSU already received Frank Herron's LOI
Apparently that is happening a lot today.
I would assume the LOI notices don't go out from UF without approval from senior people, but who knows...

Au undercover reporting that he did commit to LSU this morning but has not signed NLI and is deciding still what to do
Knowing Muschamp, he'd let him out if he didn't want to stay with the Gators, and that's as good thing. Champ ain't skerrrd "Go somewhere else, we'll play you and we'll beat you"!!
Winningest Program in College Football since 1990!
Is there actually something to let him out of is the real question.
Auburns Rivals site now reporting he still is undecided and is torn between UF/LSU.
I'm starting to think we smooth this one over.
I am going to miss this tomorrow.
I hope you are right but this whole thing is bizarre and confusing to say the least
According to Rivals, Bower has NOT decided where he is attending but has eliminated Auburn. It will be Florida or LSU.
Guys, it's pretty simple. Either -
1 - Someone at the UF office mistakenly texted reporters that we had received his LOI.
2 - He sent his LOI to Florida, but later had second thoughts.
3 - Someone close to him sent an LOI to Florida without his permission.
4 - Someone sent a fake LOI to Florida.
#1 would be a technical secondary violation, but not something anyone would care about.
#4 would be a violation of Federal and State law, but again, unlikely to be prosecuted.
Whatever the reason, he needs to make a final decision, and that's what's going to stick.
Newark paper now has story that he has signed with LSU. Includes quotes.
