lolz, Texas had D.J. Augustine at PG who was a top 10 pick and Durant and could only get to the second round. When Cuse won they had Melo and Warrick who was a first rounder. One player does not make a team, no matter how good they are. If Wiggins goes to FSU they still won't be good. No talent around him.
LOL @ the Nole, lets put it this way i have some PRETTY close sources on Wiggins which is why i dont post on him, but lets just say this FSU is far from 1 and isnt #2 so that leaves #3 and he COULD end up there if his parents PUSH him more than he would like. the kid is UK-UNC KU with the 4th chance. He WANTS a title and FSU wont give him that.
the only reason FSU is in it atm is bc of the family and his friend going there.

No talent around him? He would have 5 top 100 recruits in just the last 3 years. Not including guys like Okaro white and Ian miller who were both 4-5 star players coming out of high school. Fsu has the talent. Probably the most talent since Hamilton got here. Talent isn't the issue at fsu. Just have to get experience for the 7 freshmen or first year players who are on the roster.
You have no talent theres a reason why u didnt make the NCAA's in one of the weakest years in the ACC it was 3 teams well 2 Duke and Miami. UNC was terrible this year and down,
FSU is turrible....Hamilton is also a turrible coach....worst offensive coach in CBB arguably...but keep thinking you have a good bball program....
Yup your HC hurts you for wiggins more than helps btw :)
lolz again. So you think a team that went, what 18-14? this year is going to be good with one player while also losing their best player? I'm pretty sure Kentucky proved this year that coaching > talent when they had top recruits at every position and still sucked.
This is why FSU is a terrible decision for Wiggins. UK doesn't make any sense b/c Wiggins needs to learn how to be the man, not one of 8.
Just watched the hoop mixtape again. Gotdamn, he's sick.
theres one thing Wiggins WILL be the man ANYWHERE he goes hes too good not to be, it will be Wiggins team.
Absolute, unbelievable talent. As someone posted above, a 6'8" kid isn't supposed to be that quick. He's too quick for guys of his position and too big for someone who matches his quickness. Amazing prospect.
Yes we have the talent. Plenty of it. Having 7 freshmen/first year players contributing major minutes is the reason fsu didn't make the tourney. Hamilton is a good coach. Acc champions, NCAA tourney 4 consecutive years, sweet 16 appearance at a school who doesn't care about bball, in an arena that would be better suited as a funeral home. What Hamilton has done is nothing short of incredible. Being .500 in the acc is now the floor for fsu and that says a lot.
So you expect the 7 first year players that sucked and didn't help FSU reach the NCAA Tourny and lost in the first round of the NIT to magically improve if Wiggins picks FSU? Hamilton has 1 Sweet 16 in his whole career at FSU, Billy D took a team at a school that didn't care about basketball more then FSU and at a school that was in a football conference and led them to 2 national championships and you are saying Hamilton is a good coach because he took FSU to 1 sweet 16? Damn that is stupid, you do know FSU is in a major basketball conference, at a school that has a large athletic budget even if basketball isn't their #1 sport, and FSU has the facilities and boosters to help the program and you think Ham is a good coach because he took FSU to the NCAA Tourny 4 years in a row and has 1 sweet 16? Woooooow
Just watched this film again..
This kid attempted a put back dunk, missed it, but caught his missed dunk off the rim...and phuckin dunked it?
Do you even think before you throw up this homer nonsense? So FSU was at best the 85th best team in the country a la their first round loss in the NIT. And Wiggins makes you a championship team? Florida brings back 5 of their top 7 and adds two top ten recruits plus two premeir transfers.... Kentucky adds 5//6 top 100 guys... next year while maybe losing three or four to the draft so talent wise.... FSU could at best next year have a top three team in your conference which would probably equate to at best a 4 or 5 seed... at best.... but thats top end on the talent situation there.... Wiggins is a great talent but he'll be a freshman and a freshman has to maximize his talent no matter how good he is to elevate the entire team..... Kentucky last year and this year will have so much more talent than you'll have this year if you get Wiggins and if he does big things.... its not even close dude... Just can't understand your thinking here...
Beatings will continue until morale improves
Unheard of except when almost every 6'5" or better top 100 player does it every year in HS....
It went over your head,,
if it was a joke... i give it a 1.5/10... only because you stuck the dismount...
Damn, you sure do drink the koolaide don't you.
It wasn't. But it's turning out to be.
Would not surprise to me see the coach from FGCU at fsu in a year or 2
Cal still has 7 other guys to keep happy. Wiggins will be the best player, but he won't have to carry a team that loaded. That's my point.
Wiggins should go to UNC as it gives him a great opportunity to carry a team to a national championship. At UK he would be by far their best player, but it won't be HIS team. At UNC those guys would all defer to him on Day 1. While FSU is no threat to us as the best program in the state, they no longer are a horrible program. I think it was only last season where some people had them in the Final 4 after they won the ACC. They would easily be a top 20 team in the country with this kid. He's that good and his teammate is a borderline MCDAA too. I've seen their AAU team play a few times last summer. They were stacked - even had a PG that is going to 'Cuse named Ennis who is a monster.
