Basketball team has three visitors this week

Gators are bringing in Jordan Barnett from St. Louis. Payton Dastrup from Arizona, and Malik Price martin for the game this weekend. I am also hearing that will could be back for the vanderbilt game.

And as I said after Will went down: @gatorhoops: Billy D said Yeguete is doing some light running, ahead of schedule, possibility he could be cleared last 3 games of reg season.

thanks Ferd.....I like Dastrup a lot...and great to get Barnett on campus this early.....Ferd-Barnett a 3 or 4 in College...or a combo guy?

Interesting we are looking at Malik Price-Martin more now...was originally a 13 kid that reclassed back to 14 and although talented, has always had effort/attitude issues....I would guess he has cleaned some of that with our renewed interest in him...talent never the issue with him

Havent seen barnett play but heard he was a 2 or 3 super athletic. Martin playing well and much harder.

Barnett is ranked on rivals as the 101 best prospect.
Martin is ranked i think 60 on rivals and a PF.
Payton dastrup is ranked 43 on rivals! he is a C.
All 2014 kids! seems like a goof group would love to land one of the bigs to go along with Allen and Justice in the 2014 class. the last spot or two should be another big and maybe a pg.

well injuries have been a factor but besides landing HIll and Walker (who were in our backyard) it would be nice to land a top out of state prospect to make this class top 3 in the nation.

Agree. I just wasn't sure what Brooklyn meant with "Finally get some good news". Seems we are having a year that exceeds almost everyone's expectations with an outstanding recruiting class plus 2 transfers coming in for next year .
