I think hc he will be fine. He was good at everything but x and o. He just needs very Good cords.

Hard to say. Last year he went 9-4 in the MAC with the players Al Golden left. This year, with some of those same players, he went 4-7, but this time he was competing in the Big East. Hard to know given the change in conference.

In a few years of success at OSU, Urban will lose some assistants and he'll bring Addazio back on his staff

Not sure this will be much of a promotion considering the ACC will probably get picked apart and become more of a basketball conference than it already is.

I think he's a good hire for BC. He's a good recruiter and motivator. He'll do well in a weak conference.

Zook had
DC Charlie Strong - Hot coaching prospect. Great DC at USCe and UF. Good at UL
OC Larry Fedora - Great young coach. Did wonders for Southern Miss. Hot coaching prospect. Good first year at UNC. Will take them to top of ACC imo
OL Joe Wickline - Great OL coach for Okie State. Tons of draft picks in his time there
WR Mike Locksley - New Mexico HC. Great recruiter. Now Maryland OC and reason they got Diggs
Doc Holiday - HC at Marshall. South Florida recruiter known for doing the same kinds of things Gran does.
Some argue a HC isn't that important but their team WILL take on the personality of its coach. Zooks teams were eratic, just like Zook. He beat a shit load of top ten teams, yet lost to Ole Miss, Miss State, etc and it eventually cost him.

but that was Zookers...he could have had Saban as DC and Chip Kelly as OC and still find ways to get beat.
