A&M not scared of SEC at all

  • CLF4L said...

Arkansas has a high powered offense, just as good as A&M's last year, and probably better.

They didn't do too well vs Bama and LSU.

Well, that's kind of a silly argument, though. Nobody did too well against 'Bama and LSU.

They did pretty well two years ago.

  • HA ! HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA !
    I told you.
    WHAT UP AGGIE BOY ?
you keep on tellin yourself that the whole season.
actually I will say this you will do better late in the season rather than in the beginning.
no matter who you play and I have not looked at your schedual .
reason being is that it takes a period of adjustment , for real and I am not being mean.
let me say this in all honesty IT DON'T MATTER HOW MANY YARDS OR WHO DOES WHAT.
AT THE END OF THE GAME I JUST WANT TO SEE US BE 1 POINT BETTER THAN YOU. OK?
    JUST WIN.

  • THAT ! Is the name of the game. just win.

What are you even referring too? You're just blabbering.
Did I even mention anything about our offense? Did I say anything about success in our inaugural season in the SEC?

  • Bob, welcome to our site. I can't wait for 9/8/12 either. I will be at the game in College Station...driving over from Austin on Saturday. Can you talk a little about the gameday atmosphere in Aggieland, some things that NEED to be seen, etc.? Thanks Bob!

We have to win this game, period....

Its a very important football game for both of us, right now I'm concerned with La Tech coming up.

We had S&C issues that were very evident last season late in games, and Mike Sherman proved he didn't understand what it took to win in college football. Here's some evidence...He had us kicking a field goal in the 3rd quarter, from 41 yards out, in 30mph winds, in Norman down 41-10

We really don't know what to expect this season, talent level week to week which we will face, coaching staff we face, its a big jump, we have the talent to compete I believe, thin at DT, evident that Sumlin already has 5 DT committed to the 2013 class.

It will be a glorious day on Kyle

Be careful of the "weaker" teams in the SEC, they'll sneak up on you that's for sure.

For sure, Ole Miss is capable of winning the Cotton Bowl, Miss State has white uniforms being dedicated to the game this season. We don't have Baylor, Iowa State, Kansas on the schedule anymore

Baylor with RG3 was good, Kansas was good a few years ago with Todd Reesing and Desmon Briscoe.

    ISU has sucked for awhile.

  • Ole Miss is pretty crappy right now, but they've snuck up on people before.

  • They were inexplicable last year. But let's not pretend they have the same offense. They are replacing a first rd pick with a freshman. Their D might be better. Who knows. But they sure as hell sucked nearly every second half last season. More than anything... It says volumes to me that they are chirpin so much about how unafraid or ready they are, as of they know what's like in week 11 of the SEC. Nice front. They couldn't keep it up in the no D Little 12.

They could sure beat us; our O blows and we are on the road. But by mid season, these guys will be hurting more than they ever did before, iyam. And it ain't how you start, but where you finish.
