Former Florida defensive end Lynden Trail had a good year up at Norfolk State. Finished with 70 tackles, 17 tackles for a loss and six sacks.

Good for him. He was a good teammate as a member of the Gators, and had glowing things to say when he chose to leave. He legitimately seemed like a good kid who you could root for. Glad to see him doing well.

talent was never his issue...Norfolk State has one of the better coaching staff in FCS so he should get a look from the NFL before it's over.

another transfer that has worked out pretty well is Adrian Bushell for L'ville...putting together a nice 2 years for Strong. He's a semi-finalist for the Paul Hornung Award.

Its in the Norfolk, Va area, near Virginia beach and Hampton. The locals call it the tidewater area. Go Spartans. They play in MEAC conference
